Reticulated Quartz Pendant set in Mokume Gane
The beautiful reticulated quartz stone has a random shape due to being polished in a tumbler by me when I was just 14 years old.
I have come of age now and as The Recycled Metal Smith I have fashioned an asymmetric Mokume Gane setting, the transparency of the quartz allows the flow of copper and silver colours to be seen though the stone.
This stone and Mokume Gane pendant has been married to an 18”, 1.5mm Diamond cut curb chain made off Argentium silver.
Mark: Makers Mark on back of pendant. 935 on chain.
